The Vaile House
This event was the second book launch. We gathered in my friend's house for a nice and warm evening. Many of my friends were present. The flow of the presentation was organic and unfolded nicely.
The group was really participating and brought forth deep questions on about relationship between Culture and Identity, biculturalism and the favour of one country over the other, or the working of the culture in the west coast of Canada.
People were engaged in many active discussions.
In a few months, l will be launching a discussion group around some of the themes of the book. The idea is to gather once a month and dedicate ourselves to deepen some of the themes, such as "Immigration and Emigration", "Culture and cultures", "Longing for Belonging", "Remanences of Colonialism", etc.
